iv. PREPAYMENT CHARGES (FIXED RATE TENOR OF SEMI-FIXED LOANS)
A.

Pre-payment is not allowed in first 12 Months from the date of last disbursal

B.

Amount up to 25% of Principal Outstanding is NIL, Once in any Financial Year

C.

Part-Prepayment amount to be minimum 3 EMI equivalent amount

D.

Prepayment charges (part/ full) to be 5% from 13-24th month from the date of last disbursal

E.

Prepayment charges (part/ full) to be 3% from 25th month from the date of last disbursal

F.

All part prepayments made 12 months prior to the full payment of the loan will be charged at the applicable full prepayment rate at the time of prepayment.

 
v. PREPAYMENT CHARGES (FLOATING RATE LOANS AND FLOATING RATE TENOR OF SEMI-FIXED LOANS)

Prepayment charges to be NIL in Floating rate loans and NIL during the Floating ROI tenor of Semi-Fixed rate loans

Prepayment charges (part/ full) to be 5% from 13-24th month from the date of last disbursal

Prepayment charges (part/ full) to be 3% from 25th month from the date of last disbursal
