Mr. Ajit Sharan

As a Member of the Indian Administrative Service since 1979, Mr. Ajit M. Sharan has had strong and diverse experience of working in varied aspects of public administration ranging from law and order, agriculture and rural development, promotion and development of MSME, public distribution of essential commodities, urban development and technical education. Apart from this, Mr. Sharan has also worked at the strategy and leadership level in the power and financial sectors. In almost all the assignments, Mr. Sharan’s main mandate has been formulation and implementation of policies in the relevant sector and providing strategic leadership to the organization.

Mr. S Sridhar

Mr. S Sridhar

Mr. S. Sridhar was Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India until May 31, 2011 and earlier of National Housing Bank (from April 2006 to Sept. 2010), India’s regulator of Housing Finance Companies and the apex Financial Institution for housing. He is a banker with about 40 years experience in commercial and development banking of which 10 years was at the CEO/ Board level. He is widely acknowledged to be an innovative, market oriented banker and strategic thinker having provided transformational leadership to the organisations he had worked for. He was a pioneer in championing the concept of Affordable Housing in India and contributed significantly to public policy formulation.

Currently, Mr. S. Sridhar serves as Independent Director on the boards of various companies including DCB Bank , Binani Cements , Jubilient Life Sciences , Strides Acrolab, GVFL Trustee Company and India Infoline Housing Finance Ltd.,as also as a consultant to financial services companies. Mr. S. Sridhar has served/serves in various national level committees and task forces for framing financial sector policies. Mr. S. Sridhar has studied at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Mr. Ajay Relan

Mr. Ajay Relan has more than four decades of experience in corporate and investment banking in multiple geographies. He was founder and Managing Partner at CX Partners and he also founded Citibank N.A. in India.

Prior to co-founding the Investment Advisor and serving as its Managing Partner till December 2015, Mr. Relan was the head of Citigroup Venture Capital International(CVCI) in India, a position that he held since the inception of that business in India in 1995. Prior to this, Mr. Relan worked with several financial firms in multiple geographies, starting with Citi in 1976 and eventually becoming the CEO of a Citi-affiliated brokerage firm, Citicorp Securities & Investments Limited. Mr. Relan has served on the boards of the following Fund 1 portfolio companies — Thyrocare, Nueclear, SIS, Monnet and NTL. Previously, Mr. Relan served on the boards of several CVCI portfolio companies, such as Suzlon, HT Media, Yes Bank, i-FLEX and Progeon, among others.

Mr. Relan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a B.A. degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, where he achieved the top rank in the University.

Mr. Quintin E. Primo III

Mr. Primo serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capri Capital Partners, LLC, headquartered at Chicago, Illinois, USA, a real estate investment management firm advising pension fund and other institutional investors.

Active in the real estate industry for more than 30 years, Mr. Primo has challenged conventional wisdom in developing new markets for investment. He co-founded Capri in 1992 during the depths of the US credit crisis and successfully capitalized on the financing void left by retreating banks, insurance companies and thrift institutions. Under his leadership in 1998, Capri launched one of the industry’s first real estate mezzanine investment funds, and in the following decade became an early investor in America’s underserved urban markets.

Mr. Primo’s vision for the real estate industry has included an unprecedented commitment to diversity and social responsibility. He co-founded and is chairman of the Real Estate Executive Council, the industry’s leading organization for minority real estate professionals. He created the Emerging Leaders Program for young minority professionals under the Capri Foundation, and co-chaired the creation of the Preservation Compact for affordable housing, a groundbreaking program jointly funded by the Urban Land Institute and MacArthur Foundation. His industry involvement also includes serving as board member of the Pension Real Estate Association and as a former board member of the Real Estate Roundtable.

Mr. Primo has also been active in civic and other non-profit initiatives. He is a founder and currently board chairman of the Primo Center for Women and Children, a transitional center and family institute for the homeless, is founding chairman of the Chicago Alliance to End Homelessness, and is a board member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Additionally, he is a board member of the Church Pension Group, the pension fund of the Episcopal Church.

Mr. Primo received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with honors and high distinction from Indiana University. He has been featured in national publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, Forbes, The New York Times, Bloomberg Business Week and Black Enterprise, and is a business contributor to CNBC cable news network. In addition to public company board experience, he has written or co-authored numerous articles and industry white papers and is often recognized for his professional, civic and philanthropic contributions.

Mr. Desh Raj Dogra

Mr. Desh Raj Dogra

Mr. Desh Raj Dogra has four decades of experience in the financial sector and in credit administration. Recently he retired as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Credit Analysis and Research Limited (CARE) on August, 2016. He joined CARE as Deputy General Manager in 1993 and was one of the first employees of CARE.

He started his career in 1977 with the Himachal Pradesh Government and worked on agriculture development projects for a year. He started his career in financial sector by joining Dena Bank in 1978 and in a career spanning 15 years acquired expertise in various facets of banking.

Mr. Dogra served as Vice Chairperson and Public Interest Director at Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd until September 19, 2016. He serves as Independent Director on the Board of many large public listed and unlisted companies viz. S Chand and Company Limited, Welspun Corp Limited, Mercator Limited, Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited, G R Infraprojects Limited, Asirvad Micro Finance Limited, Brickwork Risk & Investment Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd., ITI Mutual Fund Trustee Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Dogra is a MBA (Finance) from FMS, University of Delhi and Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and Master’s in Agriculture from Himachal Pradesh University.
